The Academic Summit on IT VISION 2020 is organized by TNList (Tsinghua National Laboratory for Information Science and Technology) and SIST (School of Information Science and Technology, Tsinghua University). The summit is co-sponsored by Tsinghua University and NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China). The summit will be held at FIT Building, Tsinghua University, during July 12-14, 2010.

The summit is designed to be a series of highly interactive, intense, and productive presentations and panel discussions. All invited speakers are affiliated with TNList as members of the international advisory committee or chair professors in areas of information science and technology. They will give their insightful vision on future IT development from now to the year 2020 and identify grand challenges in the field that can be addressed by closer collaborations among international and China researchers.
